Giving it up will be the first part of quitting your addiction. The point is the replace it with something else that is healthy and will benefit the body.

It is extremely addictive because it's intoxicating to know the other person u are sharing with us in the same place mentally as u are in the moment.

Been there, had a couple of girls I'd share pics with on Kik. Saved the pics to an app that lets you hide pics privately on iOS.

Deleting them was one of the hardest things I've done during this reboot.

My suggestion? Start off by deleting Kik, then the pics to follow.

Sharing porn pics between two aroused people on things that push each other over the edge is the ultimate addiction

  7. You have to imagine how this looks from the outside.
Sharing P is one step in the downward spiral of PMO - if anything it accelerates it. But it is the behavior of weedy, insubstantial people.
You are here to quit PMO - that involves deleting ALL material you have, disposing of ALL paraphernalia that you have, and cutting off ALL ties with whoever you are swapping P with. You first steps involve deleting, blocking, dismissing, closing down, and cutting off P from your life in every single way you can.
Think of it as plugging leaks in a sinking ship. You need to plug them all, or you're going to sink.

It's a waste of time and energy one person will eventually stop providing or seem less interested to the pics then you blame yourself and feel ashamed for you exposing yourself

But it's not about expecting a long term friendship, its two people aroused together at the same time pushing each other higher. It's letting somebody in to your secret place that you often go alone to saying"saying hey look what I have, isn't she a cutie?" And ur friend hits back and says "oh yea man a real looker, but what about her". And on and on. It's very iintoxicating and not pointless at all

That's what makes it an addiction. Just like a heroin addict has to keep shooting more and more junk into his arm to get the same high- or even a high at all- it keeps escalating. You always try to please yourself and impress the partner- more porn, harder to find porn, more extreme porn.

You MUST delete Kik. Change your passwords on porn sites and delete your accounts and your email addresses associated with them.

These people are NOT your friends- they are just other fellow porn addicts.

Well if there is no friendship or real connection than it's just two people using each other and their desire for the flesh to meet an ends so it's no different than porn I've gone down this road and still struggle with it not as much but trust me get rid of them

And it is weird because I am not attracted to men at all, I am a straight porn addict but the kinship and closeness I felt with another straight porn addict has never been matched. Partners in deviantcy

It's the addiction talking. Crackheads are best friends, until one of them stabs the other and steals their wallet to pay for the next hit.

The stakes are lower but the process is the same.
