Too exhausted to fight the urge. Help.

    Hey.

    This is my problem. I'd be going strong, exercising, being productive, etc. Only to then go through a day that saps my energy levels clean. Whether I've spent it all around people or had to deep clean the house. During these days the porn thoughts don't stop coming and I find it hard to conjure up the willpower to say no. I won't have any problem with this on any other day, but during tiring days I become vulnerable.

    Any help with this? I'd really appreciate it.

    TLDR When I'm tired it is very hard to resist the urge to watch porn.

    What if you’re not really that exhausted? You still have the energy to watch porn, which uses up a lot of energy. How about working out some more when you think you are “exhausted “?
