Today is the day

    Today my body decided to remind me why I could never go more than a few days without PMO. Sick in bed is NOT helping. Some edging but caught it before it went for more than a second.

    Had a moment where I just thought "this is it, I'm going to relapse" but snapped out of it and remembered that if I relapse, I CHOSE to do so.

    Not today.

    Fight the good fight, man!
    Having those urges and withdrawals is good thing. Each one is a chance to fight it and take another step in rewiring your brain. They are necessary for your recovery.

    Just seeing your counters gives me so much encouragement! Hell, seeing MY counter gives me so much encouragement! Haha

    I really appreciate your responses. I've always been into health and fitness and one of my biggest motivations was that it wasn't easy so hardly anyone did it. Now I realize that there are many people who struggle with PMO addiction and don't even know it'd be a challenge to quit!

    Seeing guys like you that are kicking it in the tail gives me so much encouragement!

    Love the idea of embracing the discomfort. Just like going to the gym! Gotta make yourself go workout instead of being lazy and eventually it starts feeling weird when you don't workout. Definitely on my way to getting to that level with PMO!
