To improvise my performance by completely refraining from PMO

Hi, I am Manish Sharad Madane aka MSM1996 or simply MSM. I am just 21 yrs old who is prone to PMO. But there's a saying which goes like this : Change is bitter at the beginning and better at the end. You may lose something good but gain something better while constantly updating yourself. True to that, now I am going to sacrifice my useless addiction to gain better performance in academics.
