    Go home today and give them a heart felt thank you. Cause this shit ain't easy for us.
    I can have weeks of peace with no anxiety or anger then Kaboom---- out of nowhere I get mental pictures, thoughts of what my boyfriend did and I feel disgusted and feel tremendous rage.
    I know I'll chill and perhaps even mention it to him tonight but that I even have to deal with this shit at times baffles me.
    Part of me wants to be supportive of you guys, the other part of me wants to say stfu and stop beating off already. Okay I'm done ranting. I feel better.

    The funny thing is, we say that to ourselves as well. My wife has no idea of my porn habits, and I honestly don't want to lay any of this burden on her shoulders. I truly feel I am ready to free myself of this addiction. It will be a struggle, but I finally believe it will make for a better life. My counter says a week in, but in reality my subconscious has been preparing me for this fight for some time now. I hope your boyfriend can find his way, and most importantly, I hope you can find happiness too.

    I am happy. I still get pissed off though. He's 7 weeks no PMO. We are doing great but yeah, sometimes I get to thinking and I get angry. Rightfully so.

    Guess that is normal, my wife remembers everything I've ever done wrong. Ha. Congrats on 7 weeks, that is a fantastic start!
