is the problem porn save on your laptop? If so, delete it.
If the problem is web access, then blockers can help.

  3. i blocked all images in the browser, installed opendns family shield to block the porn idk if this will help

Won't hurt. But remember, blockers are like a wall. It's up to YOU to consciously choose not to go get a ladder.

Anything is better than nothing. If that's not enough, there are lots of ways to lock things down tighter.

My main triggers on the computer have always been YouTube and Facebook.

I'd sometimes spend my whole day watching YouTube (you know those stupid tech or game influencers/reviewers that just release a new batch of videos day after day after day?) and at some point my brain would be so dead that I'd search for some lewd YouTubers "just to see what they've been up to", and from there the rabbit hole would lead all the way back to day 0.

This time around I decided there'll be no leisurely YouTube viewing. While it's near impossible to avoid YouTube altogether, as it's a useful resource for educational videos and music, I've installed a Firefox extension called "DF YouTube", that allows you to disable the homescreen feed, comments, and related videos - so I can search for a specific song or DIY vid, watch it, and not get dragged into anything else on there.

For Facebook, there's a trio of extensions that accomplish the same thing:
    "Disable Facebook News Feed"
    "Hide Facebook Stories and Rooms"
    "Stop Next Video"

Instagram and Twitch are essentially softcore porn sites, so if you want to see any recovery progress I'd urge you to avoid them.
And as Trobone mentioned, you can have the most sophisticated blocking software and equipment installed, and a trained gorilla that punches you everytime you watch porn. If you've decided that you give up, because you're horny or frustrated or (most likely) both, you'll find an old phone, hack the neighbors wifi, kill the gorilla, and relapse.

The only truly effective blocker is you. You know your triggers. Decide to avoid them, and think of these tools as very flimsy training wheels - they can help you maintain some balance, but I wouldn't put any weight on 'em.

    Good luck!
