Hi, I've been experiencing a new sensation in the penis that i've never felt before. It's like a tingling sensation down in the penis, especially in the top of it. Yesterday at the gym it happend and very strong so. Next to me was an attractive girl working out and the penis just responded with this, it's like it's reacting on it's on. I had to change room and then it went away. This has happend before and is very annoying, it also start a urge. When this happen i also somehow get scared because I associated this with going back to pmo. Can anyone relate to this? And if so, how do you deal with it?
Thanks for replying. I've never had a problem not to be excited by real girls/women. However i've never felt this sensation, but then I've never been abstaining for this long period so therefore im not sure what's normal and what is not with new experience.
Yeah its a natural response. Its a sign of progress. However it will have a chaser effect and tempt you into relapsing. So let the sensation go and stay busy. Lastly, don't aimlessly scroll on the internet otherwise you might tempt yourself and self-sabotage all of your progress.
