Time to leave the woods

Things pertaining to myself:

Have been masterbating to porn since I was 15 (almost 11 years now).

Married.

Have a 16month old daughter.

Apathetic towards most things in my life.

Recently begun meditating in the Therevada Buddhist tradition.

PMO addiction is a virus in my brain, and I no longer want to be its host.

There is a better way to spend the short moments that make up life and I am ready to work for that.

Glad to join a supportive community of like-minded men aiming at self-improvement.
