Time taken on porn

Have any of you actually sat down and calculated the actual number of hours spent on porn? I am betting it will shock you. At my worst I estimate, and likely underestimate, I could spend, more than 50 hours per week. I have always had a full time job. I would not sleep in order to watch porn, talk in chat rooms and try to have phone sex with women I met in chat rooms. UTTER FUCKING RUINATION! When I look back I wonder how I made it through my days. I am starting this thread in order to perhaps prompt a clearer understanding of another one of the side effects of porn.
I could have completed another degree, spent more time with my kids, worked out, socialized and so on. The time is lost never to be taken back. It makes me sad to think of this. At the same time crying over spilt milk is of no value unless it keeps us on track.
