tight pelvic floor, PE, PIED, hard flaccid, urination problems; hard mode?

    i have a chronically tight pelvic floor due to poor masturbation techniques over the years (constant kegeling to reach orgasm ASAP). i have problems with pe, pied, and urination. i do however have a gf who makes me O almost every day, which leads me to ask:

    should i switch to hard mode to reboot fully? i really want to recover and get my dick working back to its full potential. However im not sure if i should continue with normal mode (77 days free atm), or if i should switch to hard mode and cut out PMO COMPLETELY to let my dick/pelvic floor recover after years of abuse.

    what do you guys think? if anyone who has been in my situation before can provide input that would be great!

    I think your best bet would be to do hard mode. At least for a couple of weeks. If you don’t notice an improvement after 2 weeks. Then just go back to normal mode...

    You should try pelvic floor therapy with a qualified physical therapist
