Hey fighters, I find myself pretty consistently being able to get three week streaks but then the urges become overpowering. Anybody have advice as to how to fight the urges when they are that strong? It seems pretty consistent across the board for people that the three week mark is a difficult spot.
I'll be 21 days (3 weeks) tonight. The past 2 days have been very intense. You've made it a considerable length of time. Hang in there, remain focused on your end goal(s), and know that you're not alone.
