Don't watch porn. It's very bad for you and will likely lead to you breaking your streak. What's confusing to me is why this is even something you need to ask.
Sure, but that's not the point. If you know how something works the benefits automatically are there because you can make it work, like say a computer tech or a car mechanic. If you don't know then you're just in the position of being dependent on other people who might know how it works, but you can't even know if they know what they're talking about. People who don't know tech can only indirectly get an idea by the reputation of the tech/company etc. and don't really know, they just know whether they have the benefits of using their computer or getting from A to B driving.
