Bhai, is there an age at which brahmacharya must be started? I am currently 20 years and 5 months old. Is this too late?

 

I read somewhere that one must start brahmacharya before 20 to attain some sort of stage, do you happen to know where one could have read this?

I believe samadhi is acheived in a state of deep meditation, not by just abstaining from sexual thoughts. But there are alot of interpretations for the word samadhi

 

Excuse my ignorance, please — I'm new at this. What is SR?

 

Perhaps it means semen retention?

 

It’s good start early coz that way you can be more disciplined in your approach. But you can start at any age. There’s no such thing as a specific age to start brahmacharya.
