    when ever i am on 10+days streak... if I watch even 5 mins of a girl in tv ( looking her face lustfully) .. I start thinking my streak is over and i should start All over again ...

    Secondly - today I almost decided to open porn , my heartbeat was high .. but suddenly i stopped but i think dopamine still rushed in my brain now Again i am feeling to restart all over again ..... It is happening on every streak...

    Please answer both seperatly .....

    That's OCD. No need to restart your streak.
    As long as you didn't watch porn it's not a relapse.
