    I got triggered from women putting their hand on their chest when talking or surprise reaction etc... my anxiety told me this might be sort of sexually... Does it count as relapse?

    Bruv, not ever single thought's a relapse. Don't entertain all the mindgames and stuff you play with yourself about whether something's a relapse or not. Just trust the process.
