THIS is why you don’t succeed (Millenials)

I've heard this before and there is a good message here. Though I somewhat disagree with the part where hey says things were not their fault. Putting myself in the "Millenial" position. I believe it's important, I mean very important, to acknowledge it is both not my fault and my fault.

 

Wow! Thanks for the video! Really inspiring and gave me some new ideas. I am part of Generation Z but I feel like this is just as important for my generation as it is for the millenials. Thanks!
