day 153 of the complete reboot and transmutation plan I want to be at the top of every thing because i am the best and this world shall witness my glory Inshallah I am going to be successful and richest businessman I am going to be chartered accountant as soon as possible I am going to qualify with in the articles Inshallah I am going to give my sisters their due inheritence Inshallah I am going to marry as soon as possible Inshallah , The one and only way to survive in this world and reach your goals is by practicing nofap and work hard to reach the glory nofap means you do not watch pornography and you do not masturbate and you do not orgasm you do not expose yourself to fahashi or sexual triggers which can lead you to watching pornography or masturbation , fahashi or sexual triggers mean mental visual oral and physical sexual triggers , no sexual thought , no sexual image, no sexual word , no sexual touch , mental sexual trigger mean thinking dirty about stuff having sexual fantasies, having lusty thoughts,and it has the same effect on brain as pornography itself, this is the strongest and the most dangerous of the sexual triggers and it is the first gate way to PMO addiction and the first gateway to self destruction, visual sexual triggers means watching sexual images and explicit stuff, oral sexual trigger means reading listening and talking about dirty stuff, physical sexual trigger mean touching yourself, you have to eliminate all these sexual triggers in order not to be tempted in to watching porn or masturbation, This plan when elaborated becomes , SR DR = nofap , EDR= No SM, No tech Ent , no TT , no ST WOSC, AHD = going out ,socializing, Bismillah and start, engage your self , there is no past , no future, only present, TR = concentration, BW = effort, TB= thinking big, I will compromise on any thing except nofap because it is the last resort of my survival,it has lifted me up from the ashes in which i have spent five years in mental prison feeling like shit low lifeness not knowing what to do because PMO addiction , How am I going to practice nofap and workhard to reach the glory ,? Everything in this world is a choice, everything I do, everything I focus on, everything I think, what meaning I take out of things, every thought I think, every action I take, che za yo kar kom agha ba kege , che za yo kaar na kom agha ba na kege, che za ye kom no snga ba na kege, che za ye na kom pa khpala ba snga kege, every decision taken in the moment of choice is hundred percent effective while every other decision is hundred percent ineffective, lets say moment of choice is 5 minutes out of a 24 hours time, so if you take a decision in the moment of choice and in the moment other than in the moment of choice you start feeling guilt and you expect that everything is going to be okey in the next moment of choice when the temptation arrives just because you have felt the guilt now when you are not confronted by the friction of temptation well it doesnt work like that , now to decrease the guilt you start making decisions and commitments and you expect that everything is going to be okey all by itself in the next moment of choice just because you have made decisions and commitments in the moment other than in the moment of choice when you are not confronted by the friction of temptation, well it doesnt work like that, now you have this fear and anxiety in you that may be its not going to be okey in the next moment of choice , well what ever you do in the moment other than in the moment of choice is just plain ineffective , so what you should do in the moment other than in the moment of choice is you should stay relax and you should focus on doing what you were doing and do not feel guilt, do not make decisions, do not make commitments, do not feel anxiety, do not feel fear, just say to yourself when the moment of choice arrives we will see and when the moment of choice arrives you are like bam......... this is the moment of choice, .... the most important moment in this world, the nofap moment of choice, the reboot moment of choice, the transmutation moment of choice, feel your hands, feel your legs, feel the contact between my elbow and the chair handle, feel the contact between my left elbow and the chair handle , feel the contact between my butt and the seat, feel the contact between my shoes and the ground, my shoes and my feet, feel the blood in my body , the vibration of my own voice, feel my diaphram expanding and contracting, fee the tension in my neck, feel my whole existence, this is the moment of choice ,the most important moment of choice in the world, har sa zma pa khpal laas k d , za yo kaar kom agha ba kege , che za ye na kom agha ba na kege , za ye kom no sanga ba na kege , che za ye na kom pa khpala ba snga kege, even if someone puts a gun to my head and tells me to fap even with the gun to my head if I fap than I fap with my own choice because the person holding the gun to my head does not possess my mind and body and do it for me , he does not take his hand and do it for me, I take my hand and do it , so if I can take my hand and choose to do it , I can take my hand and choose not to do it , and when I choose not to do it the person holding the gun to my head pulls the trigger and I die and that is another subject matter if that is a good thing or a bad thing but the while vicious demonic and self destructive act of fapping does it happen ? no it does not happen so it means under the most extreme situation in the world the choice to do it is mine the choice to not do it is mine , the 100 percent control is mine and if still I choose to do it than I and I alone am responsible for my own destruction and I do not want to be blamed for my own destruction, if the choice to do it and not do it is mine I shall choose not to do it because nofap is my reboot and my transmutation my semen my dopamine, I will compromise on anything in the world but not nofap because it is the last resort of my survival and lifted me up from the ashes in which I have spent 5 years in mental prison feeling like shit lowlifeness and not knowing what to do because of PMO addiction , I will compromise on anything but never on nofap because it is source of all my humanly powers and abilities , it is the source of my motivation, energy ,will power, self belief, self image, confidence ,social skills ,attraction , beauty , personality,noticable , alpha ,manly , memory , concentration, health, stamina, strength , aggression, TIHE, aura, fulfilled , erection, libido , sexual life, marital life.,if the choice to do it and not do it is mine under the most extreme situation in the world than out of any emotion if I am feeling so horny, lonely, rejected , dejected, frustrated, so horny that if I dont fap I will go crazy even then if I fap than I fap with my own choice because if I dont fap I will go crazy but the vile act of fapping wont happen, so it means whenever it is 5 minutes from now , five days from now five weeks from now five months or five years from now whenever it is out of any emotion it is the choice to do it is mine the choice to not do it is mine the hundred percent control is mine. Allah has commanded each and every person on the earth to not do it, His command is constant for everyone ,shaitan is tempting each and every person on the earth so his temptation is constant for every one but still there are some people who fap and some who dont, those who do it they do it with their own free will and those who dont do it they dont do it with their own free will , so it means the only variable thing in the equation is a persons will, Allah has gifted man with free will that is why hell and heaven exists.
