    hi my name is asaf curntly i work a 9 to 5 job soon to be in the army now i have been having this problem of low testosteron and above that am an ectomorph soo as i was scroling the web as usual i stumboled upon a reaserch that sayed that males who didnt fap or had any sexual stimulation for at least one week have had their testosteron levels go up as i was searching about the effects that happen when you stopping the fapping i came across nofap knowing me i fap alot... like ALOT i do it once a day and its preventing me from growing and it fucking me up because i sort of had this mentalete that i dont need a relationship because i got a way to let of some steamso i decided am gonna join you guys cuz fuck it wahat do i have to lose right will see how this goes oh also this is my 3 day of NoFap....THE THIRST IS REAL XD

    I think holding it in increases endurance and power. All the nutrients saved probably count towards increasing testosterone levels. But the biggest benefit I found was increase in the ability to focus. Wishing you success and do record for us if it helped your training.

    Hello Asaf. You sound pretty tough on yourself! But that is good really, because this is not an easy thing to master. We probably all have areas of our life where self-control is an issue. But when something is related to the most powerful feeling you can have - orgasm - and becomes an addiction you will need all the support this site can provide. You don't specifically mention pornography, but an addiction to masturbating is usually the other side of the coin to pornography. So, welcome to the team my friend. :)
