    Loneliness is killing me... Since I can't get a gf or having friends plus doing nofap, I'm extremely stressed out... I downloaded at AI girlfriend just to sex text... Does it still count as relapse?

    attachments cause suffering, detach yourself from these internet entities , not because one is wrong or one is right,but becasue you deserve peace. Wanting a reply or anything from other social media activity is you wanting that dopemine fix, get your fix by acomplishments and achievements, lets play a game of turning off the internet an cell for half a day, one whole day then two days .

    If she didn't feel frustration , she would not give that speech. She is doing precisely what she despises. I don't know if the video is ironic or just stupid.

    Also, the acting is poor, she is trying to hard, with her voice and head mannerism.
