As part of my new PMO addiction breaking work I researched online a lot to find out what was going on in my head, help I could find etc (I lurked on here for a while too and have now taken the plunge to share again!) One resource I found that has helped massively is the work of a guy on Twitter - Masculine Theory (@masculinetheory is his handle). He has made some great points about porn in general, PMO, the issues men are facing these days because of the abundance of porn and sex-related crap all over the internet etc and how it is reducing testosterone levels, increasing anxiety, inadequacies and all the rest of it. I highly recommend checking him out. I've also started a journal, where I'll hopefully share some more insights!
