    Every time i end up relapsing it happens after i slowly start to lose my discipline and stop doing the things that got me to where i was such as cold showers every day, going on nofap forums, writing in my journal etc. I started to relax and then slowly found myself peeking at pictures here and there and then it just escalated from there.
