Thinking about sex with reallife girls on Hardmode + Flatline

    Hey,
I didn't really want to come online this week but I have a question that an experienced person might be able to answer for me. I am currently in the flatline. My libido is absolutely dead and I have no MWs. If I think about sex with girls I know in real life and it amuses me very little bit but I don't get an erection, does that get me closer to the goal because it's something "real" so without porn and masturbation or would that damage the process more?
I'm not really good with words but i hope you can understand my question.

    No it doesn't.

Fantasy is porn-lite, you're just creating arousing images in your brain instead of watching them on a screen. It doesn't matter whether they're about "real" girls or not. Fantasy itself isn't real either, it achieves nothing. You're in a flatline, it's ok, just chill and let your brain heal.

    Yes.

    No. Still in flatline.

We're all different though, for you it might heal sooner.

About 10 years ago I saw a medical journal with a study and report on how the brain responds to the following 3 "inputs". Porn, Fantasy in the mind, and Recalling past memories of real life sexual interactions with girlfriends/partners. The study focused on scanning the brain during each of these separate inputs of stimuli and identifying which areas in the brain "light up" with activity. Result: The exact same areas of the brain showed identical activity and mental stimulation between the three areas. The conclusion outlined what your question was about... to rewire the brain the stimuli must come from live interactions with a partner, rather than visual porn, fantasy, or memories. One needs to extinguish the stimuli (Neuron usage) from those three inputs before it can rewire (reconnect) to the neurons that transmit when it's an actual real live experience and stimuli from an intimate partner.

Anytime sexual intimacy, thoughts, fantasy, or memories come to mind, quickly acknowledge the are there, choose to focus on completely different topics, and breath calmly/deeply for about 30 seconds.
