This is more of a “I need to get this off my chest” kind of post but I’d still like your feed back if you’re dealing with this too. Day 53. Whoop. Not doing to bad. The images and urges have been very reducing gradually every day. However, for the past couple of days, they have returned and they are not messing around. I can resist them and I know I can get through it but man they are making it difficult. Anyone else have this happen?
It's happened to me before. Its best to be preemptive and occupy myself before urges work their way into my head.
