For the first time of my life, I'm not controled by sexual ideas

Before starting nofap, I was looking all the girls and asses around me. Thinking about sex with them. I did not realized that I saw woman like sexual object.
I was acting like a predator and this was really sad.
I was fapping everytime that I was annoyed, it was automatic.

Today, I dont know how I could have been like this.
I understood that my desires aren't the only ones and to control my erections.

I feel free about this addiction. I did not want to see porn again. The fact that I can control my desires is really important for me. I don't want to feel guilty after PMO.

I saw sex like a way to ejaculate. Thinking about me and only me.

I also bought a piano and now playing an instrument for the first time of my life. I like to play it and learn everyday.
