    Hi everyone!

    I had know of Porn since before I was 10 years old! At the age of 11-12 it became a rock solid routine which to this day consisted of me doing PMO about once-per-day. Since last year I have noticed that my taste for Porn had gotten bizarre and I couldn't masturbate to regular porn anymore. This had scared me and I started trying to avoid porn best I can. I started masturbating once every two days. My tastes had not changed, I felt like my addiction was getting worse.
    In october of 2017 I discovered noFap. All the health benefits of noFap and the bad health complications of PMO motivated me to push myself to completely stop Masturbation. I think nothing has changed. I had periods of 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 or less days of no PMO. The thing is my behaviour is not changing, my tastes are still the same and I constantly feel worse and worse about the whole situation. My addiction is with me most of my life (I'm 17), because of that I sometimes feel like It so deeply a part of me that I can't take the Demon out of me. I want to stop! And the more I feel defeated from relapsing the more I'm motivated to quit! So that is why I created this account.
    For the past few months this community is my only source of no PMO knowledge. The feelings of support,care and understanding I feel towards you my friends made me want to make an account. I just can't do it alone. I hope that with this account I could be an active member, have a journal and be as active on the forums as I can, because if I don't I think I will relapse forever.

    Welcome @Dulle, I'm glad you're here.

    If I can help, let me know. I hope you keep coming back.

  4. Hey @Dulle ,

    Welcome to NoFap. Reading other peoples journals is a big part of my program and one of the ways I "work it".

    I just read the greatest journal entry. I don't offer opinions or advice, only ESH (Experience, Strength and Hope).

    This journal is written by @weddingnails . I wish I could write the way he does. To me it felt like he opened up his chest and let us see not only into his heart but deeper into his soul. It takes a few minutes to read the first two posts - but, I'm so glad that I did.

    @weddingnails journal is at https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/155372

    Keep coming back it works if you work it,

    Hey thanks @StopTheMusic for the ESH! I totaly agree with your point that reading other peoples journals will help strengthen our willpower.
    Now I'll probably go to bed but I will check out the thread you recommended tomorrow.

    I recommend you check out this thread:

    Most of the things I know about NoFap come from this thread. The perspective is a bit different (there are a lot of references from tradicional chinese medicine) but it will definitely give you a better understanding of the addiction.
