    Hot take, folks, if you keep "relapsing" every day, or every two days, or every week, you didn't relapse; you're just an addict. You are still in active addiction. This is like saying, "I quit smoking last week, but now I bought a pack today." Well, guess what, materially speaking, your life hasn't really changed from one week to the next. How much time needs to go by before something is really not a habit anymore? How many grains of sand make a pile?

    I agree with you. Every time I use PMO is not a "relapse" if I use PMO several times a day or even several times a week.

    By the grace of God, I have been free from PMO for 158 days in a row.

    That’s a great point!
    How about considering this: even if someone indulges in masturbating to porn every day, which are the they more obsessed with, the pmo or the thoughts and feelings passing continuously through their awareness of being the whole day long?
