The silver bullet- FOUND IT!

Discussion in 'Porn Addiction' started by nick2020, Jan 4, 2021.

  1. Hey all!! I hope your new year is starting off well! But if it is not, I think I can help change that. I have been struggling with PMO addiction for nearly 10 years on and off. Only about a month ago did everything change. At first, I thought it was too good to be true, so I waited to share with others. But after one month, it has proven to be legit. Before, I could not go more than one or 2 days without urges. Now, I do not have any urges at all. I am completely in control of my sexual desires for the first time in my life and it happened nearly overnight.

It all started with a book that my friend shared with me. The book takes a highly effective addiction recovery program for drinkers and smokers and adapts it to PMO. The original was written by Allen Carr. The book is called the SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION Way. If you decide to read it, it really seems a bit scammy at the start, because of how many times the author encourages you to read the book. But I assure you, if you stick it out, it will transform your way of viewing PMO completely and change your life as it did mine.

It is just simple brainwashing that we need to overcome. This book helps you do exactly that and has become my silver bullet. I encourage you to give it a shot and share it with your friends. In total the book took me 5-8 hours to read and has already given me back double that in freedom from PMO in the last month.

I am sharing it with you because I pity those still struggling with PMO. I know the weight of conflict, doubt, shame and so much more riding on my shoulders every day. I want to help you become free of that as well.

So here is your ticket: https://sites.google.com/site/SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION/
You can also search SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION way on youtube and find an audiobook version in several videos if that is easier.

Please give it a chance and comment on what your experience was and if it was as life changing as mine. If it works, share with your friends too!

  2. I'm kind of a lurker here and saw your post, had to create an account to say this:

Fully agreed! I'm on a 130 days and beyond streak and the "SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION" has been a real game changer for me. Personally, I prefer this version of the book, which is based on the same google site but with improved readability and you can download a PDF straight from there: (google "SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION" )(sorry can't post links, too new for this account).

I'd say that reading the book helped me realize what I already knew (that porn is trash) but I had not fully embraced that fact before. If I could give every person in NoFap just one advice then it clearly would be this: Read the book. If it doesn't click right away, read the book again. You might need a couple of reads but you'll experience one "aha"-moment after the other until you have literally zero desire to PMO.

I must be doing something wrong because I read the other book the person above suggested, which is basically just allen carr's methodology applied to porn, but it didn't do much for me. Not even the usual fleeting motivation that lasts about a day. Maybe i should read the actual allen carr book?
P.S. For some reason if you type out the name of that book it autocorrects to the title of Allen Carr's book, very odd considering how many people its seemed to help.

  4. I can understand because initially, I had experienced the same. I had decent streaks, read the book but I still relapsed. After a longer break, a couple of months, I read the book again and then I read it a couple of times after that. I found that with each read the stuff I was reading made more and more sense. Basically, while reading I discovered more things that I wasn't fully aware of but fully applied to me. I don't know how else to put it but like I said, my advice would be to read it again.

I downloaded this book but haven't read it yet. I have tried to attach it to this message and I pray it worked. Would someone be willing to let me know if it worked?
