Where I had to stand fully strait up with my my arms fully reached out over my head in hammer position, to then (with my legs are fully locked straight when doing this) have my upper body bending over to 45 degrees with my dumbbells switching to over hand positiom then to go back up & then my hand position going back to hammer position. Yesterday I did: 4x14 regular pushups 4x14 shoulder-taps on plank I did the shepard-workout Today I did: 8x modified one-punch-workout (20 reps for high knees instead 10 and 10 reps for each other exercise instead 5. That means 20 high knees, 10 squats, 10 pushups etc.) Means all in all 2*10 pushups per set. With 8 times the same set I did 160 pushups.

I had become capable of doing 10 pushups in a row but now because I'm dieting for mild weight loss, I've come back to 5 in a row for some reason .(Because even in healthy weight loss with all nutrients , you still lose 1/3 of your muscle mass and 2/3 of your fat and less intense workouts feel harder). 35 pushups done today.
Chest day: 1x25 regular pushups (warm-up) 1x2 minute one arm plank hold (1 minute per arm) 4x10 one arm pushup on 1/3 way (5 per arm) 3x20 one arm pushups on chair (10 per arm) 3x40 one arm pushups on chair with assisting arm (20 per arm) 1x20 decline + archer pushups (10 per side) 1x22 decline + archer pushups (11 per side) 1x24 decline + archer pushups (12 per side) 2x30 staggered pushups (15 per arm) 1x40 staggered pushups (20 per arm) (may the discipline with me!!) 3x12 diamond pushups (last set was failure) 3x16 decline pushups 3x14 decline + diamond pushups 3x10 pike-pushups 2x10 regular pushups with 10 kg on the back (last one failure) Got interrupted meanwhile by a call. Which has been more of a habit for me recently, causing me to be late to work and not doing my addded heavy hands workout after my W.A.T.C.H protocol or do do more cleaning in my flat. All because of Youtube or pmoing. Like I know it is bad, but I still keep doing it. I feel concerned what it'll take me to get out of this cycle of bad habits and the cycle of starting out better to then get back into the bad habit. Because I'm tired of the Internet ruling my mornings off my time where I can do more exercising & be more productive.
Day 0 30 puhups Starting all over again and will maintain this habit of doing pushups everyday after shrugging off for almost 2 months. This is my first set of pushups after 2 months and my form sucks again. I miss you guys a lot on here my friends @palindromo @Knighthawk @BillyBobBoBoBo I'm so glad to see you guys still committed here and giving your best shots everyday. Keep up the good work, my dudes. OMG dude , your chest must be exploding . I tried a high intensity chest workout with weight and now I've got stretch marks on my chest lol.
