Do you guys focus on porn more when doing PMO or on fapping more? Like do you fap while watching porn, then you finish your business or you watch porn for a long time, then fap?

Basically is porn time = fap time (simultaneously I suppose?) or porn time > fap time?

I'm just curious about it. I personally don't watch a lot of porn before I relapse.

It basically is this idea -- is porn more luring than fapping?

For me, I spent more time looking and searching than fapping. But I don't think we should bother thinking about our past viewing and falling habits. Let the past be the past. Focus on today.

Yes, I still remember a quote from a book that I read one year ago:
"yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery, today is for living".

It is important that we focus on today, but we may also try to understand our addictions so we could fight it easier. I think maybe for a person more dependent on fapping than masturbating, he needs a different plan compared to a person who mainly watches porn.

Porn is definitely more luring than fapping. I always wanted to find perfect scene and then get pleasure from masturbation.

It has got to be the porno that's the culprit.

I feel like the evils of porno lead unsuspecting sheep astray, and even if we have cut porno out of our own lives, it is still affecting others, and therefore we experience imbalance.
