''THE PIXELS AGAINST MAN CHALLENGE"

    Let's admit it. Most of us (I think) used to have a secret gallery with NSFW/borderline SFW images/ videos to watch without connection when we were alone. If you have eliminated your gallery recently, I have a challenge for you.

    1. THE EVENTUAL RELAPSING/ RESETTING"

    This challenge is supposed to take place in a relapse/reset.
    During this stage, you will try to remember what media you had and you will try to search for it again (I don't recommend installing crude NSFW).

    Once you have everything that you can possibly imagine inside your gallery you'll have to delete all your browser history in all websites and prevent lewd advertisers (channels with cropped NSFW images) to avoid The Chaser effect.

    2.THE MENTAL TRAINING

    Imagine you're a person in their way to quit smoking forever. They won't magically erase all tobacco from the world, like most of us do with porn. He/She has to watch people smoke everyday, everywhere, and at anytime they want. They go to shops where there is tobacco. They see advertisements, and perhaps one of her/his friends has tobbacco. I believe that, in order to fully beat PMO, you have to learn to live with it. In other words, you don't have to eliminate it, but instead , you have to wake up everyday knowing that pleasure is a few taps/ clicks away from you. Before you begin , I recommend having at least a 25 days previous no PMO streak to see borderline NSFW the way it is, just a bunch of bits put together. If you want to harden your training,havingmore images will make it even more tempting to give it a small peak.

    3. THE THEORETICAL RESULTS

    Although I haven't started the challenge itself because I need an app to recover my gallery, I think that the results you should get is gradually losing interest in PMO images or videos, just the same way a formal smoker gradually loses interest in smoking. You can also apply this same methodology to other things, like chocolate, screentime, drugs, alcohol, etc...

    4. MIXED CHALLENGES ROCK!!!

    The last thing I'm gonna say is that taking multiple challenges at a time is cool.

    (For example, I am about to become an Elf in the Lord of the Rings challenge and I'm almost completing the thirty day challenge)
