The new me

Hello everyone,

I never thought I would have to resort to something like this to kick this damaging habit, I always thought I was "strong" enough to do this on my own, but after viewing a video on how to stop watching porn, the number one tip was to join a community so here I am.

I have a porn addiction and it is affecting my life, I will put aside other things just so I can visit "pleasure island" and this makes me feel weak after the fact. Even though I hate that I do it, it feels like it has become part of a routine, and I feel anxious if I don't give in after a while.

I want to become the best me possible and lead a meaningful life, and I cannot do that if I constantly give in to these impulses. It is not good that it controls me such. My hope is that with joining this community I will be able to completely break this habit and reboot.
