I had a thought the other day that has stuck with me as a pretty encouraging yet challenging lesson. In this world where all of us seek strength of one kind or another, physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, pain of many kinds are required for growth. Strength is not a state of being once awarded but is achieved daily, always a conscious effort and a decision. The rewards of strength are power, confidence, might, focus and discipline however these are tempered by terror, suffering, blood, sweat and tears. And perhaps most poignant of all of these thoughts is, you don't know if you're strong, truly strong, until you're faced with terrible hardship. That is when you will learn if your strength has been correctly tempered or if it will shatter and be turned to dust. Do not avoid hardship for that is the only time where you will learn strength.
Well said my friend! Also amazing writing style you've got there. Should seriously consider doing more write ups.
