I'm gonna give a differing opinion. she could have been flirting with you. Sometimes when women are pregnant or just gave birth their husbands stop touching them. I am the opposite. My wife is constantly pushing me away. Some guys are repelled by their wives new bodies and maybe she wanted some attention. doesn't mean you should pursue it though!

As a person who has no self-confidence, everytime a pretty woman is nice to me I inmediately fall for her and think she was flirting with me. After a few minutes I realized manners are a thing that exist and I return to normal. It is a matter of perspective in my oppinion.
I think it is irrelevant whether she was flirting with you or not - it is YOU who are responsible for holding the space and doing every thing you can within your power to REMOVE yourself from a dangerous situation. It takes real character to consciously remove yourself and to create a very clear boundary to the women you associate with especially when you find out about their family life. Even thinking of the amount of suffering that sexual misconduct can create should be enough to make us RUN to the other direction
