One more question though (sorry about bothering you so much with questions, but since we gonna do our duel at The Duels of NoFap Challenge without psubs I need to "calibrate", so to speak lol, so I know what rules to follow ): what would you say is the minimum amount of time one should turn the video, on which one stumbles on by an accident, off before one counts it as a "intention to continue", and as a reset/relapse? You say 1 hour, but I guess you say it in a joking manner, cause one hour is hell of a long time lol! So what would be the minimum amount of time for a reset in your opinion? The time that if you go over there is no question about it being intentional and a reset, and anything before that time can be counted as a pass and not a reset? 2 seconds? 10 seconds? A minute? 10 minutes? Actually an hour?

Personally, I believe that the moment you realize you are consciously engaging in an accidental p-sub, you should work towards stopping. If you continue to engage in for a long while, ignoring your inner dialogue of caution, that is when I would count it as a reset. It's rare I come across p-subs, but I end it, the moment I realize that it is. I cannot give you a specific timeframe, that will have to depend on you and your own assessment.
