Hey Guys, So recently, my PMO problem has gotten worse. I used to be able to go a few days at a time without it, but it became more and more frequent. Then, one day, I told myself "if you PMO one more time, you have to sign up for the fortify program". And, I did. I signed up a couple days ago, and so far it's been great. It gives you a counter, tons of videos to watch, and has really motivated me. I've been clean since I started, and I was just wondering if anyone has tried this program before. If so, we're you successful? Are there any tips you have for maximizing the use of this program? Also, I would like to recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with PMO (most of you). It's free for teenagers, and it's really easy to sign up for.
