    Hi, 42yo Brit addicted to PMO and ready to kick the shit out of it. Suffered from PIED for years and my marriage has suffered long enough. Trying PMO for 90 days, glad to be here!!

    Have you started writing a journal? In case you haven't, you should do it.
    Writing daily and supporting other people on their journeys helps a lot, it keeps you motivated.
