Wait, you think that after completing 90 days everyone gets a girlfriend?

 

All you need is patience. Life will give you what you need at the right moment. Just trust!

 

Dude that’s not how the world works You think just because you went 90 days without fapping off the girl of your dreams will magically fall from the sky into your arms? If you want a girlfriend work on your social skills. Go out there and meet people. Do approaches. Work on body language. Go to events. Sign up to online dating. It’s not going to happen just like that did you even attempt to do anything? Take action? Or did you just expect a girl to come up to you and ask you to be her BF?

 

College.

 

First: Relapses can be triggered by positive events.
This seems counterintuitive, yet all the research shows it. So masturbating to celebrate your 54 days of not masturbating can be a thing. Now that you know this, you can do something about it.

Second: Deal with your shit.
If you have more than porn that you are dealing with, like depression, anxiety, loneliness, whatever - you need to bring it down to manageable levels. This probably means finding someone who can help (a practice I highly recommend!).

Third: Be the best you.
This is related to the second point, as finding help and dealing with you shit facilitates this. People are attracted to confidence, and confidence comes from self-appreciation and self-esteem. Develop yourself, your interests. Be the best you you can be!

Fourth: Practice!
Girlfriends don't grow on trees or magically fall from the sky. This means you need to find out what does and does not work when talking to women, what aspects of your personality or interests you can play up and which ones are best saved for later. All this means talking to women, practicing.
Start small, with saying hello or briefly chatting. I have found I have gotten the most success out of this when I have no expectation for love or being their boyfriend, I am simply there to enjoy talking with them. Take time afterward to think about what worked, and what didn't; what you liked from your performance, and what you didn't.
If you're comfortable with that you can work your way up to dating. Again, hold no agenda or expectation of how things will go, simply enjoy the time with whomever you are with. If it goes somewhere, great! If not, no biggie. Dating gets to be fun! Be in the moment and enjoy getting to know different people.
I really like the practice mindset because there is no failure with it, only research and development. Go absolutely bomb with people, and keep learning from how and why you've failed. Go practice being comfortable with yourself, and being comfortable talking to women!

 

Oh yeah, and she may not be "super hot" - that's porn talking. Real women have lopsided breasts and rolls. But finding one with a good heart, now that's sexy!
