Back when my porn habit started, instead of not using my laptop 24/7 anymore like a sensible person, I tried going on these courses, such as the one by Sarah Brewer.

But now that I've come to my senses and had pretty much abandoned using my laptop period, I now realize that courses like this don't actually exist to help you. Because these people make money off of porn addicts trying to get off the crap. And they know many of their clients aren't willing to give up using their devices 24/7 so they'll keep going back to them. And they'll keep making money off of them.

And that's why the porn industry hasn't been destroyed. It makes the world too much money for people to even think of doing it.

This is where nofap stands out. Because you can actually talk to each other and learn from each other.

So you've vowed to not use your laptop? I agree with all of the money making self help programs milking addicts of money though. I believe the spirit of nofap comes from the individual inside of themselves, no one can help you quit porn. I know much to do is made about other unwanted sexual behaviors but from my view porn is the main target for elimination. Only the individual can decide to abandon it.

I've vowed to simply stop using it 24/7. Realistically I can't completely stop using it. I'm just only gonna use it when I absolutely have to. That though is the very minority of the time. A few times a year.
