Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice. I am simply sharing what worked for me.
Please consult your doctor before making any changes to your lifestyle.

Step 1: Understand and Acknowledge that PMO is an Addiction.
Look, PMO creates cravings, and then temporarily ends those cravings.
That is the framework of an addiction, however, it's not easily recognizable because we think in reverse.
We think that we are satisfying a need, but in reality, we are creating the need by first placing a false value in it.
This will become more clear as we go through the steps.

Step 2: Understand and Acknowledge that most addictions cause brainwashing and support themselves by this brainwashing.
If you are familiar with Allen Carr's highly successful method, "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking", then you will understand that the same principles apply to PMO addiction.
In fact, there is already a community driven Quit-PMO version called the SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION Method, which helps many, and it can help you too.
However, the SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION is still edging a little on shock therapy, inducing negative thoughts, and using fear against fear to achieve the objective.
I built a similar mental journey, that is also utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and SFBT (Solution-focused brief therapy), but without the negative thoughts and fear.
My method is even easier and more effective. Anyways, the point of step #2 is to know that you are brainwashed by PMO, and that you need to deprogram yourself.
PMO addiction is 99% psychological (relates to subconscious mindset) and 1% physical (relates to dopamine receptors and such).

Step 3: Know that the brainwashing may attempt to sabotage your efforts to deprogram yourself. Simply Persist and Continue.
Ignore all thoughts and ideas that sabotage your efforts to deprogram yourself.
Your mind may come up with "logical" reasons to sabotage deprogramming yourself, because that's how it keeps homeostasis, but in this case we want to change.
Simply know that you are committed to deprogramming yourself, and that you can do it very easily.
Yes, even the hardship is caused by the brainwashing, and it's not real. (Thanks to Allen Carr, millions proved it already)

Step 4: Automated Exposure to NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is The Easiest Solution.

    - 1: Get one of those speakers that can play mp3s through a USB stick, and put it in your bedroom. (dedicate it to this purpose only)
    - 2: Expose yourself to very low volume, almost silent affirmations 8h/day, which I will provide to you.

This NLP program consists of 3 stages.

    Stage 1: Preparation (2 Weeks)
In this stage, Do NOT resist urges to PMO. Just stick listening to the NLP audio.
Feel free to view porn or masturbate. You will start perceiving porn differently.
You will find yourself losing interest in it naturally by the end of second week. (Maybe even earlier)

    Stage 2: Change (4 Weeks)
During this stage, you will find yourself automatically being busy with other things and detaching from pornography subconsciously.
If porn comes to your mind, you will get a natural urge to reject it, and automatically reject and go on with your day.
This behavior starts the first week and builds up more and more.
During this stage too, relapses don't mean your progress is lost. Simply stick to the program and stay committed to recognizing the progress you are making.

You should be rejecting PMO fully by the 3rd week of this stage, but if you're an exception, continue Stage 2 until you automatically reject porn.
Imagine you are surfing and catching a wave in the ocean. Catch the wave of complete rejection that feels very easy and comfortable.

    Stage 3: Sealing (4 Weeks)
We prepared your mind and facilitated change, and now we need to seal the deal.
This stage focuses less on rejecting porn, but more on being completely free, alive, strong, successful and happy without porn.
It's designed to boost the quality of your life in general, while you enjoy your new life.

    I uploaded all 3 stages here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lx-bqAEIFz5JvIJdW0KB-DpD2-Oi0ZBr/view?usp=sharing

The affirmation scripts are included in each stage's folder. Feel free to take a look at them before committing to the program.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

FYI, I edited the article above, but I'm not seeing the corrections. Maybe it's a cache issue.
    Step 2 should say;

instead of linking to Allen Carr's book on Amazon.
    ---- update2;
Oh man, there's something wrong with the forum editor. It keeps updating my message to link to amazon, instead of displaying easy.peasy.method . org
Anyways, the main point I wrote above is still understandable.
