What I've noticed is a profound shift in my mental state, where my mind has returned to the present moments of my life. It now actively engages with my days, contemplating experiences and propelling my life forward.

Contrastingly, during my days of consuming pornography, it felt as though my mind was trapped in the past, hindering me from fully living in the present. To me, this emerges as the primary issue associated with watching porn.

In summary, the act of watching porn seems to disconnect the mind from the present moment, creating various challenges as a result.
