    Hi guys. I'm 20. Started at around 14 and got worse at 17 been struggling with it since and finally, I want to quit this shit and never look back. Apart from a few side effects mine hasn't been really bad but I'm doing this for my future, my well-being and that of my future spouse cos I know how PMO affects marriage. So I hope this turns out well and I conquer my demons.
