Following the inspiration from @BushidoWarrior and @SkinnyBeard I've decided to make the affirmation challenge. Hello fellow fapstronauts! It seems our brain and thoughts are hard wired to think negative. One bad thought can consume ten good ones. Studies have shown that positive words lead to positive thinking which leads to feeling good ultimately doing good. So therefore, I challenge you to write down and then affirm one positive thought for at least two minutes either after waking up or each day.
