Sorry guys didnt have the time to check in for few days this is day 16 today wasnt so easy but did it.
Had a relapse yesterday after going almost a month. Had a bad fight with my wife about my mother in law and the burden she puts on us and let myself have a selfish release. I shouldn’t have let that and any other excuse I could think of be a reason to give in though which I knew. Made it through today so back in the fight and we are thankfully much better as well. Note to you younger guys: dealing with a pregnant woman is tough but you have to stop and realize how difficult things are for her.
Guys relapsed again due to distress about some issues. Don't know what to do but i am not going to stop fighting. Sorry again but tried my best not to do it.
