Hello dear community, sadly i could not find any long term testo level obervations linked to on nofap. I read alot that the t-level spikes at around day 7, but what about the LONG run? I would like to see some 90+ days observation of the hormones as the highest i´ve found was ~16 days. (im currently in the flatline and gonna do a blood testing this week - hoping that i´ll make it to 90 days where im gonna plan on doing another one and compare the two - i will post the results here) Best regards
