Well i would say don't force it. But if some thought comes to your mind, some kind of trigger or sth don't fight it. Enjoy it for a little while(maybe 2-3 minutes) and see what happens(no touching) and then take a cold shower and continue your reboot hopefully much more motivated because of all the progress you see
This is a bad idea. It has been tried so many times by others and always ends up with the person relapsing. In most cases they lose their motivation and find it tough to get back to the same point again. DO NOT TEST YOUR PENIS! OK?

There is no point in testing it, not saying your going to relapse, but chances are higher if you do it. I dont know what your personally trying to get out of nofap so Im not aware of your goals, but if it was me I wouldn't do it cause it would seem pointless, I would gain nothing from it, I know it works no need to test it, its not some sort of equipment that needs testing, I would already know the answer before I tested, it works.
It's actually very simple. Just imagine a girl... in a non porn setting. If you feel aroused and you get an erection. You're healed, mostly. You may feel aroused but not get an erection unless you touch it. You're "healing". If you feel nothing. No arousal. You are not "healed".
Go to a gym and observe the female species. If you want to test it out in a realistic setting hire a callgirl (assuming it's legal etc)
I think it's a good idea, provided that you think you'd be able to stop. It's one of my goals to get myself to maximum erection once a week and stop without finishing. Just did. Set the "Timer" on your phone to 3 minutes with an audible alarm, think of something to do after that. Start the timer, close your eyes and imagine something intimate but not graphic. Kissing a girl you know and fancy. See if you get an erection from that. Regardless, get to max erection. Hear the alarm, put your clothes on and start doing what you had planned. Will practice and willie check completed.
I was actually at work the other day and this lady walked past me, and when she passed I had to go to the bathroom until my erection went dowm.

Good point, well made! If you are in a flatline and your penis is constantly soft, leave it alone. It means your brain is healing. It is temporary!
It's easy for me to test how long my erection is since I'm a teen and get boners from everything that moves :/
If your goals include no masturbating, then in my opinion "testing" should be grounds for resetting your counter and starting over. It's masturbation, you're just not finishing. Masturbation without finishing aka edging is actually in my opinion a lot worse for you than just finishing to begin with. You should not need to test anyway. If you're a healthy adult male with normal hormone levels etc then you can check your erection quality by seeing how you wake up. Whether or not you get morning wood and how strong it is, is an indicator of erection quality. The quality of your erections through self stimulation tells you NOTHING, because the point is, you've always been able to get it up with self-stimulation. If you really want to test it, then find a woman. Assuming you're trying to recover from PIED or something similar, self-stimulation does not test your erection strength, since you never had a problem with getting it up from self-stimulation in the first place.
