Testicular pain after M

Hey guys,
A few months ago I felt this dull pain in my left tescticle after M. So I chilled out for a few days no M till the pain went away. I resumed M until yesterday when after M the pain came back. I need to know if any of you have been through this before and how to deal with it. I did a testicular massage but there was no lump or anything of that sort. I do wanna loose deez nuts..
