Target: Not watching porn and not masturbation for the one year(28 Sept., 2022)

Hello everyone,
My target is to quit the porn addiction.
For the next year, I am not going be engaged in any kind of sexual behavior.
I will be writing how my day went everyday.

 

Day 01: 29 Sept. 2021 Wednesday
I didn't do any porn related activities. Because I was not feeling well. I have very bad cold and fever. I can't write anymore. I'm not feeling well.

Day 02: 30 Sept. 2021 Thursday
Still not feeling good. I think I have dengue fever. So, I am very upset about this. I didn't do any sexual activity. Surely, urges came but somehow I stopped myself.

 

Day 03: 1 October 2021
Nothing happened special. Urges didn't come. Well, I am still unfit.
Let's see what happens in the future.

 

Day 04: 02 October 2021
Urges have started coming. I knew.
I'll just say Ram, make this happen this time.
