    Hi everyone, my name is J. I am 34 years old and after crashing really big the other day I finally decided that enough is enough. Time to take this nofap challenge seriously because I am severely addicted. I have quite a history with being exposed to porn that I would be glad to go over if anybody is interested. The short end of it is that pornography is quite a serious problem for me and has been for a very long time.

    I look forward to meeting you fine supportive folks and helping each other.

    Hey I just hit day 4! Keeping busy has helped. Drinks after work and that kind of thing. It's been pretty alright. We can definitely do this thing.

    Thanks Danny. The last streak I had was I think 2 weeks. Not sure how long I have ever gone without porn but I suspect not long. I hope to change that.
