No but seriously, I've never stuck to a workout routine as long as I have. I feel like Vegeta after one of his insane training sessions, haha. I've lasted 10 days, relapsed maybe twice and have been trying out nofap for a month and WOW, I look incredible. I still feel the brain fog at times, still experience headaches, but eating right and working out has seriously made my nofap mission a heck of a lot easier. I would highly recommend spending 30 minutes out of your 24 hour day to exercise as much as you can in that time frame. Also, I have certainly noticed that my mind has a way of avoiding things it doesnt need. Not easy to do, but easier than usual. 10 days isnt a lot, but its 10 GIANT steps towards being a Super Saiyan!!!
Rock on! Get to 21 days and your body will really get used to you exercising every day and you'll be doing it without noticing it. Like when you brush your teeth: you just do it.
