Sungazing

    So I was browsing through cold shower videos and came across this thing called sungazing. It has some pretty cool benefits and I would recommend checking it out. To sum it up you stare at the sun during "safe hours" which is the time between sunrise/sunset and an hour after them. So yeah just wanted to share.
